3. Contraband Vault Disclaimer

Each Contraband release is an original Gym Juice creation and collector drop. All designs, names, and creative expressions remain the exclusive property of Gym Juice, LLC.

For reasons of privacy, security, and contractual obligation, Gym Juice may be asked not to confirm or deny any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or official connection with any artist, musician, public figure, record label, management team, production company, brand, or other entity referenced in a release. All rights to release names, designs, packaging, and creative concepts remain exclusively with Gym Juice, LLC.

• Once any product, package, or prize leaves Gym Juice facilities or its designated fulfillment partners, responsibility for delivery, condition, authenticity claims, or subsequent resale transfers entirely to the purchaser, carrier, or recipient.
